The Allianz Partners Richmond Marathon (plus the CarMax Half Marathon and VCU Health 8K) will be up and running in less than 24 hours. That means the streets of the River City will be packed with runners, spectators, and people just trying to get around it all.

Road closures ⚠️

There are dozens of closures from Brown's Island up to major downtown intersections, including swathes of Broad Street, Monument Avenue, and Arthur Ashe Boulevard.

Bus routes 🚌

20+ GRTC routes will be detoured, including the Pulse line. The service says to head to the Temporary Transfer Plaza to make connections while race day continues and expect significant schedule impacts.

After-party 🎉

The party starts past the finish line at 5th Street and Tredegar with live music, food, drinks, and vendors open to both participants and fans. The fun wraps up around 3 p.m.
