Want to celebrate the day of thanks, but not planning on cooking a full dinner this year? Don’t quit Thanksgiving cold turkey — we’ve got you covered with where to dine-in + carry-out for Thanksgiving dinner. We are totally falling for these local holiday eats — plus, we break down where to get local ingredients for those rolling up their sleeves in the kitchen this holiday. What could be butter? (Sorry, are our puns too corny? 🌽)

Where to dine-in:

Boiler House, 312 Pearl Parkway, Building 3 | Open 11 a.m.–10 p.m.

Enjoy Thanksgiving dinner, featuring a four-course dining experience including a small charcuterie board, traditional turkey entrée, truffle mashed potatoes + a selection of pies for dessert. The thanksgiving offering is priced at $55 per adult + $16 per child. Pro tip: Be sure to call and make reservations here.

Where to carry-out:

Bill Miller, various locations | Orders can be placed while supplies last.

Hosting a large gathering this year? Choose from several party packs to feed anywhere from 10-20 of your family + friends. You can place your order over the phone or online. Think: cornbread dressing, giblet gravy, texas-style sweet tea + pies that’ll have you asking for thirds.

Where to shop local ingredients:

Alamo Farms, 200 Chihuahua St. | 9 a.m.-6 p.m.

Looking for truly fresh ingredients from a local San Antonio business? Alamo Farms has got you covered. Fresh farm-raised turkeys will run you a little over $60 and can be reserved in advance by calling or placing an order online.
