Today is last day I write a newsletter for SATXtoday, and it's definitely bittersweet. But don't worry, I'm not going far as I will take on a new role as Social Media Manager for Visit San Antonio.

So, before I officially sign off, here are five of my favorite stories I had the chance to cover during my time as an SATXtoday City Editor.

Places to get Tamales in SATX
Goats "mow" Brackenridge Park
Fiesta survival tips
Meet Rosie the bicycle
A look at the San Antonio River Authority's annual draining efforts
SAAACAM preserves the cultural heritage of African Americans in SATX
Five things you didn't know about Military City, USA

I had an incredible experience working for 6AM City + sharing what I love about San Antonio with you all, our readers. I can't wait to see who they hire next to celebrate the Alamo City.
