A chic bohemian-style bungalow owned by Brittany Cobb — the owner of local shops Wide Brim, Flea Style, and Heirloom Haul — is on the market in the coveted Oakhurst neighborhood.

Built in the 1940s, the re-imagined historic home has a personality of its own with an Instagram page that highlights the renovation process and the unique finds supplied by Cobb’s stores.

Named the “Flea Style Bungalow,” the home is situated on a quarter-acre lot at 1409 Bluebonnet Dr. — just minutes from downtown and the Stockyards — and is listed for $525,000 by Williams Trew Real Estate.

The four-bedroom, two-bathroom home is 1,867 sqft and offers ample space both inside and outside for entertaining large groups.

Shabby chic style

The Southern California native and former lifestyle editor for The Dallas Morning News took inspiration from her California roots and added a Western twist to the home's design.

Her style shines throughout the space with patterned wallpaper, vibrant colors, decorative skulls, and hats from Wide Brim.

Other noteworthy features include an expansive and shaded backyard with a fire pit, a small garden, and plenty of space for outdoor dining and entertainment.
