There’s no place like Walsh. At Walsh, every decision has been carefully considered to meet their goal of bringing community to life. You’re not just buying a house on a piece of land. You’re entering a new phase of your life — dare we say, a better one?

Walsh by the numbers

The community is home to:

26+ miles of walkable trails
Five iconic parks
One resort-style pool with water slides, cabanas, splash pad + junior-Olympic lap pool
Onefull-sized, lighted basketball court
Two full-sized, lighted tennis courts
Two dog parks

And when it comes to unique amenities, Walsh is not only bringing it, but setting a new standard for what community living should look + feel like.

The Walsh Makerspace

Hello, new hobbies.

Every resident has access to the Makerspace, an entire building dedicated to all things STEM. Try your hand in the woodshop (equipped with specialty saws, routers, lathes + other power tools), learn how to 3D print, or take advantage of the Cricut machines, vinyl cutters, and a heat press.

Classes and camps are held throughout the year.

The Village Market

A small, boutique market right in your own neighborhood? No, it’s not too good to be true.

The Village Market stocks freshly prepared meals, pastries, and (best of all) premium steaks from The Meat Board, and 60+ wine labels hand-selected by Walsh’s in-house sommelier.

Not only that, but fuel and a drive-up ATM are available 24 hours a day.

Community events to build relationships that last

What really makes Walsh special is the fun events throughout the year, planned by Walsh’s designated lifestyle coordinator.

Upcoming events include:

Annual Christmas celebration + tree lighting
Goat Yoga in Lake Park
Pop-up markets throughout the year
Cocktail classes and wine tastings
