This week’s Mansion Monday caught the attention of Zillow Gone Wild, and it’s easy to see why. This dwelling happens to be… a former fraternity house.

Located just blocks from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in the Fortwood Historic District, the Colonial Revival mansion has nine bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and plenty of off-street parking — a luxury in that area.

The selling point for us: you could live near all the action downtown, have plenty of room to host family and friends, and most importantly, you’d always have a conversation starter at the ready. After all, who can say they live in a former frat house?

No more college mixers or parties for this place — it’s time for the next chapter. The property is listed for $829,000 and is being sold as-is. If you’re interested in giving this historic home new life, reach out to listing agent Christa French.
