There’s a new flex on Faris Road.

Last fall, the YMCA of Greenville took over fitness operations at the Life Center YMCA at Prisma Health — and the updates are now complete.

It's been transformed into a space where individuals and families can focus on their health + wellness, with new flooring, upgraded lighting, brand-new equipment, and state-of-the-art workout tech like the EGYM Smart Circuit.

The Y and Prisma Health have worked together for years to help Greenvillians lead healthier lives. That partnership is still going strong, with several on-site rehab programs available at the Life Center Y, including:

Bonus: Prisma Health also hosts Coffee & Conversations, free community events where you can learn about different health topics throughout the year. Members can email lifecenter@ymcagreenville.org to learn more about upcoming dates and topics.

Want to see it for yourself? Stop by the Life Center YMCA's Community Open House on Friday, May 16 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests can get a free EVOLT body scan, tour the renovated facility, and enjoy zero joining fees if they sign up for membership that day.

Whether you’re starting your fitness journey or looking for a welcoming community to help you feel your best, the newly revamped Life Center Y has everything you need to get on track.
