Livability.com recently named our sweet, Southern city the 10th best place to live in the U.S. – and the suburban areas around Greenville are growing almost as quickly as GVL.

You may remember our 24-hour guide to Simpsonville that listed everything from the best cup of coffee to outdoor spaces to enjoy with kids + pets. One thing we didn’t cover, though, was where to live.

Enter: Hawthorne at Simpsonville, a new luxury living community coming to the area that pairs high-quality apartments + amenities with community, connection + kindness. These are not your mom’s cookie-cutter apartments.

In addition to being super pet-friendly (y’all, they have a dog spa and a bark park with agility equipment 🐶) and having a resort-style pool, yoga studio, spin studio, 24-hour cyber cafe + 24-hour fitness center; they host a ton of community events, volunteer opportunities + celebrations for their residents. Learn about the company’s culture + values by signing up to get their community updates here.

While they’re still in the building process (but currently accepting applications + signing leases for move-ins starting June 14), schedule a virtual tour to experience the apartments with VR headsets (sweet); stop by one of their team’s upcoming outreach events; + enter our giveaway now through Sunday. 👇
