Disclaimer: We think everyone is beautiful just the way they are. However, as many of us get older, there are things that we’d like to tweak about ourselves to feel more confident. And for many women approaching middle age or older, that thing is often sagging skin in the neck area, also known as turkey neck.

Here in CHS, Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery has several non-surgical solutions to tighten skin + remove excess fat if that’s something you’re looking into. Here are their recommendations for 3 ways to get rid of turkey neck *before* Thanksgiving.

PrecisionTX

Designed for the treatment of smaller areas like the lower face, jawline + neck
The procedure treats fat underneath the chin, sagging skin around the neck, and jawline + cheeks by inserting a tiny cannula into the skin and using laser heat therapy
Takes less than one hour
$3,250 – typically, just one treatment is recommended

Kybella

An injection that literally melts fat in the “double chin” area (think: Botox for the neck)
Can be a solution for stubborn submental fat that often sticks around no matter your genetics or healthy lifestyle
Takes less than one hour
$2,500 – two treatments, six weeks apart

FaceTite

Uses radiofrequency energy to sculpt and tone the face + neck
Can be used to improve laxity in the skin that causes the face and neck to appear sagging and loose
Procedure takes ~one hour (can be done awake or asleep) + has minimal downtime (1-3 days)
$2,600 – one treatment of FaceTite for neck area
