KC Pride 2022 Event Roundup

Color us impressed. Our newsletter about how to celebrate Pride Month in KC was our most opened email in June. We listed 16 events + ways to donate to local causes, and your engagement sure made us proud.

The zodiac signs as Kansas City coffee shops

This isn’t the first time an astrology story has made the top three (ICYMI: Your local 2022 horoscope). There’s something about it that puts stars in your eyes, and this local coffee edition aligned with your universe.

15 rooftop bars in Kansas City

Life is better with a bird’s eye view and a glass in your hand. Whether it's the top of a tower, the roof of a restaurant, or a decked out deck — you wanted to drink in the view.

World Cup announcement + crowd reaction

It’s one thing to celebrate once. It’s another to relive the hype over and over. You cheered for Kansas City with your likes, comments, and shares — totaling the highest engagement we’ve ever had on Instagram.

Arrowhead renderings

In other World Cup news, we shared photos of what Arrowhead might look like as an international soccer pitch. Something about the Chiefs sign next to the FIFA logo just feels right.

Rose garden event in Loose Park

A beautiful aerial photo, a local event + free ice cream all wrapped up into one post — it’s no wonder you took the time to stop and smell these roses.
