This downtown condo, located at 2004 Grand Blvd. #201, is perfect for those who dream of living an over-the-top lifestyle. Don't believe us? See for yourself.

The two-bedroom, three-bathroom space is located just one block from the KC Streetcar and exudes lavishness. Enter from the private elevator and your eyes are immediately drawn to the giraffe print brick surrounding the gas fireplace. As your eyes travel, you'll notice the giraffe brick motif is carried throughout the great room.

When you're done admiring wildlifeCUTE, gaze out the window at the picturesque view of the concrete jungle — but don't stare pass that glass. You're actually viewing Kansas City through a shard of history. The stained glass found throughout the home dates back to 1888 and is originally from the historic Savoy Hotel and Grill building (now the 21C hotel).

Walk into the primary bedroom and you'll find a few more surprises: a walk-in closet and a walk-in shower with five shower heads. Yes, we said five shower heads.

Each room in the house has its own personality and pattern to match. But the condo doesn't just deliver in opulence, it also offers convenience. The large open kitchen has a walk-in pantry, the building features freight elevators + basement storage, and the condo comes with private parking.

But, in our opinion, suggested italics the home's best underrated feature is its oversized balcony. Why? The balcony overlooks the parade routes for the Chiefs and Royals — and they don't call us Crown City for nothing.

This grandiose Grand Boulevard condo is currently listed at $1,590,000.
