Have you ever noticed any red phone booths while bar-hopping + window shopping in Westport?Smart link here We have — and we want to know the story behind them.

City Editor Bella found one on the patio at Harpos — 4109 Pennsylvania Ave., KCMO. Then she ran into a second one (similarly, on the patio) at Harry's — 501 Westport Rd., KCMO.

Usually a quick Google search can help us out, but we have hit a dead end. So, we're reaching for help from our eyes + ears in KC — you.

We want to piece together more of our city's history. Hit us up in our inbox if you know:

Are there more phone booths?
How long have they been there?
Who is responsible for placing them?
Is there any historical significance to them? (No shade if not, we respect a random phone booth or two.)lol this is funny
