What could possibly make Thunder Over Louisville even better? This year, the event will be held on Saturday, April 20 (yes, that's tomorrow).

The 35th annual festival will illuminate Derby City’s skies with spectacular fireworks displays, air shows, and drone formations to kick off the Kentucky Derby Festival with a bang. It happens to fall on 4/20 — making it even more special.

Here's what not to miss during the day-long event:

✈️ Elevate your experience

502 Hemp Wellness Center is the only official CBD + hemp products partner of the Kentucky Derby Festival — so grab your best buds and elevate your experience.

Stop by 502 Hemp's booth at Thunder Over Louisville to shop for high-quality CBD and hemp-derived products designed to help Louisvillians soothe, de-stress, and reach new heights. They will have a multitude of legal products available, including their award-winning DZD8 or DZD9 edibles. Prepare to blast off into fun, but remember that a little bit goes a long way, and you must be 21+ to purchase.

Although pets can't attend the festival, they can probably hear it at home. 502 Hemp can help your four-legged family relax, too. Their Mireya Extracts, CBD for pets, is designed to help dogs + cats chill out — especially during anxiety-provoking events like loud air shows and fireworks displays, even for thunderstorms.

Want to plan ahead? Shop in-person or online. Pro tip: Use code “420fun” to save 25% on your entire purchase, now through April 22. (Hint: This sale only happens once a year.)†
