With 120 years of history, there's a lot of tradition at the Kentucky State Fair — but that doesn't mean it's just the same old pony show this year.

Here's a look at what's new:

The Samurai: A big swing ride that mimics a roller coaster. Officials promise it's fun, as long as your stomach can handle it.

Chili Cheese Corn Dog: A traditional corn dog, filled with chili and topped with cheese.
Barbecue Pork Pizza: In addition to the meat, this pie comes with pickles and red onions on top.
Smoked Meatloaf Sandwich: A thick slice of meatloaf topped with pepperjack cheese.
Deep-fried Marshmallows: This sweet treat is topped with chocolate sauce + powdered sugar.
The Pink Cow: Located on the Midway, this stand offers handmade milkshakes. Maybe wait to stop here until after you've ridden the Samurai. Added some bolding here just to make it easier to read!
