As your City Editors here at LEXtoday, we’re all about exploring the city we love + sharing positive, need-to-know stories — and 2025 is no exception. As we prepare for the new year, we’re inviting readers to help inform our coverage by sending us 25 questions to answer in 2025.

The beauty of it? All you have to do is ask, and we’ll dig deep to provide the answers. Together, we’ll unearth new perspectives, new experiences + new opportunities in the Horse Capital of the World. Thank you in advance for helping us keep our reporting hyper-local + specifically for you.

How to participate:

Submit your questions about Lexington — its history, events, food scene, traditions + life in general.
We’ll select the 25 most burning questions and do our best to answer them for you.

Your questions can be as quirky, heartfelt, or insightful as you’d like. Not sure what to ask? Here’s some inspiration to get you started:

“What’s Lexington’s most anticipated development?”
"What stores or restaurants will welcome my four-legged friends?"
“Which Lexingtonian has made a lasting impact on the city?”
“What’s a spooky story set downtown?”
"Who has the best happy hour in town?"

This is your chance to shape the stories we tell in 2025, whether it’s spotlighting your favorite local businesses, traveling through Bluegrass history, or finding answers to those random things you’ve always wondered about Lexington.

Let’s make 2025 the most connected and curious year yet. Sendyour questions our way — we can’t wait to start this journey with you.
