Indianapolis was snubbed for this year's America's Best Restroom Award. That stinks — but we can roll with it.

We took matters into our own hands and identified these as some of the finest facilities in the Circle City:

The Fountain Room, 840 Mass Ave., Ste. 1480
Agave & Rye, 336 Delaware St., Ste. D
16-Bit Bar + Arcade, 110 E. New York St.
Bovaconti Coffee, 1042 Virginia Ave.

We also asked our readers which Indianapolis bathroom they thought should sit on the porcelain throne. Here's what you said:

"Restroom and hallway at Hot Boys in Fountain Square is awesome!" — Rusty C.

Even if you're not a fan of hot chicken, this shop in Fountain Square is worth checking out for its crazy decor. | Photo by @kpimages.jpeg

"I was surprised that Kismetic's photogenic bathroom wasn't on your list! Their Instagram is full of folks taking advantage of the perfect lighting." — Anne Marie M.

"Y’all are sleeping on the Milktooth bathroom! Js" — Noah D.

"Baby's restrooms are fun!" — Jean F.

And the best bathroom you voted for in Indianapolis is... Bovaconti Coffee, for its pink flamingo wallpaper that's perfect for bathroom selfies.

Congratulations, Bovaconti. Your bathroom really is the crème de la commode.lol love this
