In case you've been living under a rock, we don't blame you — but we feel a responsibility to tell you that Valentine's Day is this Friday, Feb. 14.

Don't panic just yet. If you haven't scored the perfect gift for your loved one, why not try a local membership or subscription? Here are a handful you can lock down in mere minutes — and that will keep your Valentine around for a lot longer.

Ash & Elm Cider Club | $25 monthly or $50 quarterly
Lovers of crisp apple ciders will appreciate one of these memberships. Choose from a monthly or quarterly option to enjoy seasonal flavors and Ciders of the Month, with flexibility to add or change flavors. And in case your relationship goes sour apples, you can cancel at any time.

Fishers Flower Farm | $78-$396
What's better than one Valentine's Day bouquet from the grocery store? Weekly or biweekly bouquets delivered from a local mother-daughter flower farm. Flowers are always fresh and change with the season, so each delivery will bring a new surprise.

Indianapolis Zoo | $185-$280 annually
Your loved one will go wild when they find out you've gifted them a way to hang out with their favorite animals every day. The membership options are nearly limitless, so you can take your pick based on how many other guests are likely to tag along.

Primrose Candle Cult | $28-38 monthly

Their house will always smell heavenly with a regular delivery of a handpoured candle — and if they don't like the upcoming scent, they have the option to skip the month or cancel entirely.

Pawz Pet Cafe | $19-$60 monthly
Give the gift of unlimited cat cuddles with a membership to this Carmel cafe. There are two options to choose from, and each includes a gift card upon sign up, a $1 for one drink per day deal, and no contract.

Turn The Page Westfield | $45-60 per box, one-time or quarterly
Readers both big and small will love this gift from a local bookstore: A box of two new books, four times a year. The adult box also includes a candle, while the youth box includes a bookmark and an old-fashioned candy. You can share specific book requests with the shop, or let them surprise you — just keep in mind that these are available for pickup only.

Local mug clubs | Prices and membership lengths vary
Help the beer lover in your life discover a new brewery (or stay local to an old favorite) by buying them a mug club membership. Perks vary by brewery, but usually include exclusive merchandise, discounts on beer and food, invites to members-only tastings, and more. A few local mug clubs we found are Four Day Ray, Metazoa Brewing Co., and Centerpoint Brewing.
