ICYMI, August is National Wellness Month. Whether you’re looking to get off your feet after a busy day exploring the city or simply want to put your world on pause for a second, Hyatt at Olive 8 can help you relax.

Wellness is a way of life at the downtown hotel. From guided fitness experiences to a unique yoga nidra class designed to promote relaxation and improved sleep, daily complimentary wellness activities are offered to guests.

Looking to unwind further? Book a treatment at Elaia, an eco-friendly spa within the hotel. (We're eyeing the coffee body scrub featuring coffee grinds from Victrola Coffee.)

Gourmands who relax in the kitchen or with a good cocktail can do so at two interactive events:

Shuck + Sip: Unraveling the Secrets of Oysters + Wine | Learn the art of expertly shucking locally-sourced oysters and discover the chef's secrets to pairing these ocean gems with fine beverages.
Crafting Cocktails: Mastering the Old Fashioned | Step into the world of bourbon + rye whiskey by learning the distinctive characteristics of each spirit.
