It’s time to say out with the old and give new life to new or gently-used items you may not need.

In the spirit of decluttering, and removing items that don't bring you joy, we’ve rounded up a list of 10 San Antonio organizations that accept donated items that help locals in need + support community causes.

For the large hauls

The San Antonio Humane Society accepts car donations to help provide funding for the care of the thousands of homeless animals in the Alamo City.

If you have a stove or other small appliances collecting dust in the garage, consider donating it to Habitat for Humanity.

The San Antonio Electronics and Computer Recycling Service provides free computer, laptop, monitor, and electronic equipment recycling — and yes, this is your sign to recycle the box as well.
