Design details

Our 2025 Fiesta medal design was created in house by our fantastic design team at 6AM City. Together, the team brainstormed ideas about what the new medal would look like.

Taking inspiration from local agua fresca stands and shops, we thought this was a fitting metaphor for SATXtoday.

The different flavors featured in the medal represent the various topics we cover (civic, culture, arts, restaurants, etc.) and how we're always bringing you the freshest local news.

We couldn't have made this medal without your support and are excited to meet y'all in person — ¡Viva Fiesta!
