If you didn’t know, the SATXtoday team is 100% remote (read what remote culture means to us). We have the opportunity to work from the comfort of our homes, but mostly, we enjoy venturing out and exploring the Alamo City by working at one of our favorite coffee shops or meeting up for a quick bite at one of the many local eateries in town.

Sometimes, we even get the chance to work with one of our 24 sister city markets from time to time. Last week, we had a very special visitor from one of them — hey, RALtoday.

We shared our SATXtoday recommendations with RALtoday City Editor Anne, so we thought it would be fun for her to share her Raleigh recommendations with our readers (if you ever happen to be in the area). Here are three must-visit spots in what locals call The City of Oaks:

Videri Chocolate Factory (Pro tip: Order the soft serve with a mini chocolate cowboy hat.)
Make reservations at Mandolin for an upscale, farm-to-table dinner.
Rent bikes and pedal around the North Carolina Museum of Art's sculpture park.

Love these recommendations? Let us know if you’d like to learn more about our other markets around the US + make sure to subscribe to RALtoday for more content and recommendations.
