Season schedule

The Stars ranked No. 7 in ESPN's NHL preseason Power Rankings after finishing second in the Central Division back in May. The Dallas team is 4-3 after the preseason games.

We’ll see where the team trends after the home opener against the St. Louis Blues tomorrow at 7 p.m. at American Airlines Center.

Who to watch

Head coach Pete DeBoer will lead the team for his second season alongside assistant coach Steve Spott. Check out tomorrow's starting line up.

Last season, goalie Jake Oettinger (#29) stopped 92% of shots on goal. Left wing Jason Roberston (#21) scored 109 points between goals and assists, tying for No. 6 in the NHL. Center Wyatt Johnston (#53) is taking on his third professional season ahead of his 21st birthday.

You can leave your binoculars at home — you should be able to see all of the players very well with the new 44-ft-long video board.

Things to remember

American Airlines Center allows bags smaller than 14 x 14 X 6 inches. Don’t forget that the arena is cash-free. Check the full list of policies before you head to the game + pre-plan your parking.
