One of Texas's most expensive listings hit the market last month and is located ~25 minutes from downtown Fort Worth.

Listed by Kelly Marcontell of Ebby Halliday, 1525 Meandering Way Dr. is a 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom home in the Quail Hollow neighborhood of Westlake. The mansion is being built by Southlake's SCH Homes and is listed at almost $24 million, beating Fort Worth's most expensive listing by $9.5 million.

The listing mentions it was inspired by Napa, California, catching the eyes of buyers from inside and outside of the state. One of the most unique features of the 12,000-sqft mansion is the Tesla solar roof, made from special glass shingles and several sun-catching panels.

Other features of the home include a game room, a temperature-controlled wine room, an enclosed wet room, a sauna, and a cold plunge. From the primary room, you can catch a glimpse of a private babbling creek.

Expected completion is at the end of this month.
