Whether you’re a Fort Worth native or brand-new to town, chances are you’re on the hunt for the next great place. And we get it — a really great apartment is your own little piece of heaven.

Enter: Wayfare - Cibolo Hills, Fort Worth’s latest single-story luxury apartment development, which is technically the new kid on the block, but punches way above its weight when it comes to amenities.

From single-story floor plans (read: no loud upstairs neighbors or carrying things up a million flights of stairs), to attached one- or two-car garages with tons of storage space and built-in 220-volt electric vehicle chargers, Wayfare is a community designed to make your life easier with every upscale amenity one could want.

See what’s coming so you can start planning your new home (or at least daydream about it).

Exclusive amenities designed for modern life

If you’ve accepted the fact that you’ll probably just have to street park forever, then we have good news: Every Wayfare apartment includes a one- or two-car garage with a one-story, private entryway into the home, plus — get this — electric car charging outlets.

Fun fact: Wayfare is the only community in Texas that offers built-in EV chargers (in every unit) — so it's a pretty special place.

Other amenities include:

No stairs (for easy moving in, unloading groceries, and accessibility for adults of all ages)
Resort-style saltwater pool
24/7 fitness center
Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops
In-unit washer/dryer and walk-in closets
Valet trash and on-site serviceman
