When it comes to birthday parties, there’s just no good reason why kids should have all of the fun.

Birthday dinners and cocktails could get the job done, but we’re adults — who’s going to say “no” if we want to spend our birthday smashing stuff or taking some wheels to the rink? Nobody, that’s who.

Don’t skimp on the pinatas and goodie bags this year (or ever again). Life just gets harder, so why not celebrate a little harder, too?

Here are a few adult birthday party ideas that will delight your inner child:

Six Flags Over Texas | $54.99 per person
You're tall enough to ride all the rides now, baby. Scream your ever-loving heads off and then chow down on the included meal, drinks, and sweet treats that come with your discounted admission.

Dallas Karting Complex | $300+ per party
Take any of your "Mario Kart" feuds out on a real race course with the "fastest go-karts in Texas".

Meow Wolf | Inquire for pricing
Hop through this interactive museum's various portals to other worlds while the Meow Wolf team sets up their bar + catering services for you.

Sam's Dock | $79+ per hour
No boat of your own, no problem. Rent a boat and bring your friends out for some fun in the sun. Or, get really crazy and rent out a party boat that can host 50 people and comes with a jump platform, lily pad, music system, and grill.
