Tucked an hour outside Nashville on the shores of Chief Creek Lake, Natchez Trace Tiny House Village invites you to live large.

The homes may be tiny (350 square feet, in fact), but this luxe retreat is packed with outdoor activities + oh-so-cozy amenities. Picture the best parts of glamping with the comforts of home and a sprinkle of Southern hospitality.

Let’s walk around the village:

⛺ No tent, no problem

All six adorable escapes feature unique themes + decor, and come fully equipped with kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and (the best part) air conditioning.

Each tiny house also features its own fire pit and grill, perfect for late-night s'mores and campfire stories under the stars.

Brought friends? The larger, shared fire pit in the center of the village invites visitors to gather + mingle in nature.

🛶 Water + land adventures

Accommodations are essential, but we all know the best trips need amazing activities.

Luckily, there’s no shortage of outdoor fun to be found at Natchez Trace. The lakeside village offers kayak rentals and fishing spots, but our favorite part has to be the swimming beach with its giant inflatable obstacle course — built for both kids and adults.

If dry land is more your speed, you’ll also find plenty of hiking + biking trails on the 800+ acre property.

📞 Get the group together

Planning a work retreat? Family reunions at Grandma’s house feeling a bit stale?

Natchez Trace Tiny House Village can accommodate groups of nearly any size. You even have the option to rent out the entire village for a private + intimate gathering experience.
