In a world where we all increasingly crave real connection, “third places” — community spaces outside of home and work — are more important than ever for promoting belonging and mitigating loneliness.

Nestled in the heart of the city, three Downtown Nashville parks — Church Street Park, Riverfront Park, and Walk of Fame Park — offer just that: free, vibrant, welcoming public spaces to chill, play, and connect.

Church Street Park: Release stress with fitness classes or groove to live music in downtown's "shared backyard" in the heart of the city, thanks to Amazon-sponsored events.
Riverfront Park: A great spot for a post-work walk, the waterfront views here also make a picturesque backdrop for fun festivals, live music performances, makers markets, and even dog meet-ups. (We're so there.)
Walk of Fame Park: Standing out for its tributes to local music legends and array of community arts events, this park also hosts competitive music bingo and high-energy fitness classes.
