When it comes to finding the perfect place to live, why settle for just a residence when you can have an entire lifestyle at your doorstep?

Dylan here. I recently spent the day as a NOVEL Edgehill resident, exploring the amenities + attending a rockin' concert open to Residents and Prospects alike. Keep reading for how you can Try This.

What we tried:

To start, the leasing office isn’t your typical office. It doubles as a mercantile with fun and giftable items (I had my eyes on a Dolly Parton puzzle). I couldn’t wait to check out my apartment for the day, but I first had to scope out the gym, holiday gift wrapping station, and dog run + pet lounge — oh, and the ice cream machine.

The apartment amenities are top-of-the-line, with all-new quartz countertops and matte black fixtures. Bonus: NOVEL Edgehill is currently offering twelve weeks free. *Restrictions Apply

What not to miss:

The communal spaces are next level. When you’re not on the rooftop terrace taking in views from the pool, hot tub, or cabanas, you’ll be cozied up by the firepits, hanging out in the game room, climbing the bouldering wall, and cooking with friends in the outdoor kitchens.

It’s clear the team works hard to provide a resort-style experience, and that luxury touch extends to community events hosted onsite. After my tour, NOVEL Edgehill invited me to Eats and Beats, a recurring event that brings together residents and the community for an evening of food truck eats + live music.

What we’re still talking about:

From the sky lounge and pool deck with downtown views to the public and private courtyards, you may never want to leave your home at NOVEL Edgehill. But if happy hour is calling your name, don’t forget you're just steps away from the Gulch.

The Gulch offers a wide range of restaurants, shopping areas, and nightlife options. | Photo provided by NOVEL Edgehill
