Warning: Today’s conversation may leave your stomach growling. We’re giving you a haul of the hall. Fifth + Broadway’s Assembly Food Hall is home to 30+ eateries and bars. Hop on our food tour to know where to eat based on the occasion, pro tips from the 6AM City team (double the recommendations after our Nashville retreat), and how to navigate the route to get there.

Before Broadway

Hōru Sushi Kitchen

📍 Level 2, South building — first restaurant you see across the bridge

“Pro tip: Order more than one roll if you want to taste a couple of things on the menu, but know that one roll is quite a bit of food (photo for evidence).” — GVLtoday City Editor Kyle

The Pharmacy Burger

📍 Level 2, South building — diagonal from Hōru + first eatery to your right across the bridge

You can substitute any burgers for a turkey or chicken patty. Try the Southern Farm burger with country ham, applewood smoked bacon, an egg, and maple mustard to get your Southern comfort food fix.

Celebrating a promotion or anniversary

Sixty Vines

📍 Level 3, South building — staircase in front of Coco’s + diagonal from Pharmacy

NASHtoday City Editor Skylar recommends snagging a shared plate and a shared extra in place of a main plate to try more things. The Burrata and Charred Broccolini with a glass of wine is an unmatched combo.

Blush

📍 Level 2, North building — directly to your right if facing the bridge to the South building

There are 44+ wines, bubblies, and sangrias to choose from. If you’re not a wine connoisseur, try the Aperol Spritz. This is Editor Skylar’s favorite drink during the summer because it’s light + refreshing.

Warm weather hangs with friends

Velvet Taco

📍 Level 2, South building — the corner eatery on the stage side’s back wall

“Pro tip: Try the Nashville Hot Tofu taco if you’re a vegetarian.” — Multi-City Editor Emily. “The Chicken & Waffle taco is the definition of innovation. The shell is the waffle.” — BOStoday City Editor Jess

Prince’s Hot Chicken

📍 Level 2, South building — connected to Pharmacy + directly in front of Sixty Vine’s stairs

Warm food for warm weather, right? “Adjust your spice expectations, even if you love spicy food. I broke a sweat.” — Managing Editor Josh

Catching up with the kiddos

The Liege Waffle Co.

📍 Level 2, South building — diagonal to the restrooms in the opposite back corner of Velvet Taco

Meet the kids in the middle with a sweet and savory option: The Chicken + Waffle, or give them the power with a build-your-own experience with topping options like Oreos and Cap’n Crunch.

NoBaked Cookie Dough

📍 Level 2, North building — directly to your left if facing the bridge to the South building

Pro tip: You can eat the dough raw in the food hall, or take it home and bake it as a post-meal treat + activity.
