Rock Harbor Marina, a West Nashville staple situated on the Cumberland River and home to Blue Moon Waterfront Grille, is ready to make some waves.

Dallas-based Prescott Group acquired the landmark and has released a revitalization plan to breathe new life into the property — we know what you're thinking, and don't worry, Blue Moon Waterfront Grille will remain as the anchor of the development.

What's coming

As it stands, the marina boasts ~29 acres of boating facilities with 150 slips. Within the next year, the developer hopes to expand its existing marine service offerings, make aesthetic changes, and improve infrastructure. Expansion areas include:

Additional parking
More boat slips (ranging 30-55 ft)
Boater amenities
A mix of new commercial spaces

This includes restaurants and stores + waterfront services like boat, kayak, and jet ski rentals.

What's arrived

The newly-opened dockside market offers drinks, snacks, and boating must-haves. Rock Harbor Marina also celebrates two new partnerships with Nautical Boat Club and Boat Rental Nashville.
