Birthdays should be celebrated at every age, and Chattanooga has plenty of ways for adults to get in on the fun. Here are a few birthday party ideas that will delight your inner child — no matter how many candles you're blowing out.

Lookout Mountain Flight Park | $200+
Use your birthday as an excuse to cross hang gliding off your bucket list.

Lake Winnepesaukah Amusement Park | $30+
Maybe you were too scared to ride the Cannonball as a kid. Now is your chance.

Hidden Hills horseback riding | $55+
If you were the kind of kid who hoped for a pony every year, indulge that wish with trail rides around the historic Grindstone Mountain.

Chattanooga Pinball Museum | $20
Challenge your friends to discover who is best at pinball (and who just mashes buttons).

Topgolf | Inquire for prices
If you’re looking to relive that perfect mini-golf birthday party you had as a child, swing by to give this spot a try. It offers a driving range experience with drinks and a chef-curated menu.

Breakout Games | $42+
We like this spot's escape rooms because each group gets a private room. Being a grownup means you don't have to share, right?

Painting with a Twist | $42+
Gather with friends, sip on your drink of choice, and create your own masterpiece to take home as a party favor.

Smash 'N Dash Rage Room | $30+
It's a bit of a trek, but this rage room is close to a Buc-ee’s — so make a day of it.
