Have you heard residents speculate what could be happening to Hawk Hill, the current site of AT&T Field that will soon be demolished? We now have a vision to share with you all.

The 7.5-acre site that has been home to the Chattanooga Lookouts since 2000 will be repurchased by River City Co. once the team moves to the South Broad Stadium + demolition is complete. While there isn't a timeline set in stone for redevelopment, a concept has been drafted based on:

Community input gathered in spring 2023

Urban planning

Note: The redevelopment will be 13 acres, encompassing adjacent parking lots + the lot behind the Creative Discovery Museum.

Lifestyle | A selection of restaurants, nightlife opportunities, a hotel, public workspaces + storefronts.
Outdoors | An urban staircase accessible from the Chattanooga Green (with a lift component for ADA accommodations), trails and connectors to walkways + a 0.25-acre park.
Parking | A proposed one-deck underground parking below the park for residents and the public, townhouses with garages, a parking garage + street parking.
