If you live within Chattanooga’s city limits, you live in one of nine City Council districts — each represented by an elected council member. Not sure which district you’re in or who represents you? Here’s how to find out:

Go to the district map
Enter your home address
Click on your district to see your City Council member

Now that you know who represents your neighborhood, what do you do with that information?

Your council member is someone you can reach out to about issues affecting your district, whether that's a zoning question, road safety concern, or even an idea for a local park. To learn more about them, head to the City Council page and scroll down to see the full list of members, including their photos and contact information. City Council meets every Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. at 1000 Lindsay St.

If you’d like to get more involved, consider joining your neighborhood association or applying to serve on one of Chattanooga’s boards or commissions.
