Mornin’, Nooga — it’s time to stop hitting the snooze button. Trista here, and I’m just going to give in to the rain. ☔ My favorite thing to do on a dreary day is curl up with some soft blankets, a hot cup of Earl Grey + a get lost in a good book.

If you’re anything like me, you have a stack of books to read — some started and put aside, some borrowed from friends + some classics you just really need to get around to reading. I’m currently reading “The Spiritual Dimension of the Enneagram” by Sandra Maitri (nonfiction) and “Long Bright River” by Liz Moore (fiction). My favorite book of 2020 so far is “Topics of Conversation” by Miranda Popkey (fiction). The book I’m most looking forward to reading is “Outland” by local author M.C. Coward (fiction).

Maybe you’re nothing like me and really need to go shopping for some new reading material — which happens to be another great rainy day activity if you ask me. Lucky for you, we have some great bookstores in town. Check ‘em out. 👇
