Hi Greenville, City Editor Stephanie here. Thanks to everyone who read our GVLtoday Book Club Q1 book, "Project Hail Mary" by Andy Weir. Here's what you had to say about it.

"I loved it! I thought it was great. I loved the friendship between the two main characters and I liked how he wasn't your typical hero. Can't wait to see the movie being made from the book!" — Carla

"Fantastic! Andy Weir is great at making science and scientific language interesting and accessible. It’ll be fun to see how the movie holds up." — Michelle L.

"A sci-fi skeptic reformed! Although technical, the plot made it a page-turner. Rocky was a lovable space creature." — Lisa S.

Our Q2 book is "Demon Copperhead" by Barbara Kingsolver. You have until Monday, June 30 to read it.

If you're not in on the fun yet, join our GVLtoday Book Club. Ready, set, read.
