euphoria presented by Lexus – the annual 4-day food, wine, and music festival across the Upstate – is back for 2020. It’s just going to look a little different this year.

Rather than cancel the event on its 15th anniversary, the euphoria team has transformed the event into a safe experience that will benefit local restaurants, bars, venues, musicians and nonprofit organizations – many who are suffering tremendously due to COVID-19. And we could all use a reason to get out of the house and support the GVL community, right?

Following health and safety guidelines, the scaled-back event will take place between Sept. 17-20, with all-inclusive tickets ranging from $40-400. Festival-goers will again get a taste of the culinary arts industry in Greenville and across the state, while enjoying live entertainment (see the full schedule). The health + safety of all attendees is euphoria’s #1 priority, and they’ll work with their partnering venues to meet and exceed health requirements, including ensuring proper social distancing at events.

Along with food and libations from both local and guest chefs, including Michelin-starred chefs, the nonprofit event also gives back to the community each year, with event profits from the past 14 years benefiting 40+ community programs (focusing on education, fighting hunger, and music + performing arts).

Thanks to euphoria’s Producers Circle members, select proceeds from this year’s event will be granted to United Ministries Interfaith Hospitality Network for the “Fresh Food for Families” project, which will provide local produce for 20-25 homeless families for an entire year. Produce boxes will be purchased from Mill Village Farms, and delivered bi-weekly to families in emergency shelters and longer-term interim housing.
