Looking for a place to live that’s packed with amenities and is in close proximity to a breakfast sandwich at Swamp Rabbit Cafe or glass of mead at Hampton Station’s Wandering Bard Meadery?

If yes, Riverside Apartments is the place for you. Read more about our tour of the property, how you can try this yourself, and even get an exclusive gift afterwards.

What we tried (with pricing):

A tour is completely free, so we took advantage of peeping *all* of the study nooks + coffee crannies. The model unit is a spacious 2BD/2BR, one of 20 different floor plans. Rent starts at $1,345 per month.

Hitting all of the amenities was a must. Although it was a rainy day, the large saltwater pool with endless lounge chairs and outdoor kitchen + ten-seater firepit looked incredibly inviting. Read on to discover our other favorite amenities.

What not to miss:

Pickleball with a view? Count us in. | Photo by the GVLtoday team

Don’t miss the chance to up your pickleball, golf or bocce ball game with the courts and greens across the property. While it’s not quite ready yet, get your throwing arm ready for their disc golf course, coming soon.

What we’re still talking about:

Riverside upcycled bikes previously owned by the city, partnered with Sunny Malarky to give each bike it's own custom mural story + turned them to be in tip top shape for resident rentals | Photo by the GVLtoday team

We still cannot get over how easy it is to access the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Either grab your own bike from their bike room or borrow one of theirs for a joy ride down the trail.

How you can experience this:

Schedule a tour and receive an exclusive gift once you finish up. Swing by the front office (located on the left side of the courtyard) to have one of the amazing leasing agents give you a tour. Have questions? Don’t hold back.
