No This news is good news. The Village Center at Hartness is expanding + bringing four new tenants to the hub. You can already learn about the history of the property at the Discovery Center and dine at The One5.

With the expansion comes a two-story, 12,000-sqft building that will feature:

Brio Primary Care
Wine House
Chestnut Coffee House
Cork Beauty Bar — a concept from the founder of OASE Day Spa

According to the press release announcing the news, more "boutique shops and specialty retail stores" are coming, but are still in the planning phase.
