Happy Pi Day, Greenville. Though the holiday honors the mathematical constant pi (the Greek letter π) — its first three digits are 3.14— we prefer to celebrate with a particular kind of pie. Pizza pie, of course. 🍕

We’re passionate about pizza — to say the least. Here are some our tried-and-true destinations for grabbing a slice (or a whole pie) in GVL:

🍕 Antonino Bertolo’s Pizza, 200 N. Main St.

Start with the breaded cheese ravioli before going in on the Spinach and Chicken Alfredo pizza.

🍕 Barley's, 25 W. Washington St.

Start the night with a slice, and then head upstairs for a local craft brew and game of darts or pool.

🍕 Belladina’s Pizza, Multiple locations

One bite everyone knows the rules. You can’t go wrong with anything on Belladina’s menu, like the Pizza Bianca with Prosciutto Di Parma and fresh jalapeños.

🍕 Coastal Crust, 1254 Pendleton St.

Head to the Village of West Greenville for a wood-fired pizza and finish it off with a cannoli of the day.

🍕 D’Allesandro’s Pizza, 17 Mohawk Dr.

The Big Cheesy is everything you could want in a white pizza — five different types of cheese, basil, and garlic.

🍕 Myle’s Pizza Pub, 555 S. Pleasantburg Dr.

Get a taste of this former Bowling Green, KY staple and trust us, it’s worth the wait. Plus, don't miss its newest menu item, the Strawberry Fields Salad.

🍕 Pebble Creek Pizza, 1306 Stallings Rd.

Having a hard time picking between the Radical Pie and the Philly Cheesesteak Pie? Why not get both — you’ll get the second for half off.

🍕 Pizza Purists, 1700 E. North St., Ste. D

You’re not wrong to go straight for a pizza, but don’t miss the pizza rolls — sauce and toppings all rolled together, topped with parmesan cheese, and baked to perfection.

You will get on a roll and eat each and every one of these. | Post via @pizza_purists

🍕 Sidewall Pizza Company, Multiple locations

Editor Kyle’s favorite way to order “The Tommy” includes added prosciutto + pineapple.
