Calling all apartment hunters. We recently got to check out the fresh new look of the Victor Verdae — from its newly-renovated apartments to its oh-so-spacious pool (hello, summer). Keep reading to see how you can Try This + find out how GVLtoday readers can save $3,000 on rent. 👀

What we tried (with pricing):

We toured the 2BR/2BA model unit, but the Victor Verdae also offers studio and one-bedroom units.

It’s easy to get used to the en suite bathrooms, non-carpeted floors throughout, closets with built-in shelving, and spacious open-concept living areas. (Oh, and did we mention the balconies?) Rent varies among floor plans and ranges from $1,1070-1,750 per month.

See more of the renovations + what not to miss when it comes to the amenities.

What not to miss:

Once you’ve finished taking in all the fresh renovations, put yourself in a summer state of mind by checking out the Victor Verdae’s property amenities. Grab a chair and dip your toes in the large pool, cozy up next to the outdoor fire pit, fix a bite at one of the grilling areas, or let your pup off-leash to enjoy the dog park.

What we’re still talking about:

They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but in this case, it’s in the new interiors of the Victor Verdae. Catch us basking in the natural light from the large windows.
