Plans for the 5,463-sqft retail space show its transformation into a full service restaurant with indoor + covered outdoor dining, a bar, and features like drop down patio screens.

BrickTop's is an American restaurant with nine locations across the Southeast, including Charlotte + Nashville (hey, NASHtoday 👋) ). Diners can expect dishes from a variety of menus, including lunch, dinner, brunch, and sushi.

Taking a peep at BrickTop’s Instagram, we’re drooling over menu items like:

🥗 The Crispy Chicken Salad

🥪 The Croque Madame

🦪 The Oysters Rockefeller.

Oh, and did we mention the Millionaire’s Bacon?

Plans will go before the Design Review Board on Thurs., May 5. See the full proposal here and see more renderings of the concept below.
