We recently interviewed Andrea Koppelmann, Director of Client Relations at LPL Financial, and Paul Ryll, CEO of Oscar Mike Group — two professionals who’ve made Endeavor’s workspaces part of their weekly routine. Here’s why they keep coming back:

Member spotlight: Andrea Koppelmann

1. Why Endeavor?
The location is the best, the team is amazing, and the environment is professional. Everyone knows your name.

2. How has Endeavor transformed the way you work?
Since moving from Georgia, events like Collaborators & Cocktails have helped me meet professionals from diverse industries and build amazing friendships. My grandmother used to say, "It’s not what you know, it’s who you know."

3. How does an Endeavor membership fit your schedule?
The 24/7 desk access is a huge plus. Entrepreneurs don’t usually work a standard 8 a.m.-5 p.m. schedule — Endeavor is ready when we are.

Pro tip: Not ready for a dedicated desk? Try a five-day-a-month membership and drop in weekly to see how Endeavor enhances your routine.

4. How does working at Endeavor compare to working from home?
Endeavor gives you the best of both worlds. You can focus when you need to, but also connect with other professionals.

1. What makes Endeavor a game-changer for you?
The actual collaboration. I’ve worked with members from seven different companies here — from branding and software development to taxes and recruiting.

2. What’s your favorite thing about Endeavor?
The friendliness and willingness of the community to help. Staff and members go out of their way to answer questions, give feedback, connect you with their network — even help setting up fun team-building events!
