Not to alarm anyone, but Father’s Day is this coming Sunday. If you aren’t fully prepared (no judgement, planning is hard), you’re in luck. We’ve put together a list of local gifts + experiences to help you celebrate the father figure in your life.

For the foodie

Start the day off strong + treat him to a gourmet prime rib brunch at Main Course or brunch at Tin Roof with live music from the Vaughan Holmes Band.

For the one with a sweet tooth

Get him a dozen dad-themed cookies, like beer + ties, from the Local Buzz or treat him to a dessert + beer pairing at Swamp Cabbage Brewery.

For the active one

Get outside and participate in the Daddy + Me 5K and Fun Run at Saluda Shoals Park, complete with pre- and post-race Father’s Day festivities.

For the beer lover

Whether he’s an IPA guy or a lager lover, grab him a growler from a local brewery like Columbia Craft, River Rat or Steel Hands.
