For many of us, our knowledge of local commercial real estate firms begins and ends with the signs we see adorning available office and retail buildings throughout town. And if you’re anything like us, you’re constantly wondering what’s #ComingSoon. 👀

Today, we’ll get to know one of those names-on-the-signs a little better: NAI Columbia. A full-service commercial real estate firm, they provide customized brokerage, property management, project management, development, research + consulting services throughout the region and beyond.

NAI Columbia was founded in 2019 as a partnership between NAI Earle Furman in Greenville (home to our sister newsletter GVLtoday), along with 8 local principals that served as senior brokers with NAI Avant. Some background here: NAI Avant derived from national real estate developer Edens and Avant before its reformation as NAI Columbia — under new leadership + with a new company structure.

What sets them apart:

As a broker-owned firm, NAI Columbia does business differently. The firm empowers its team to be creative problem solvers and go the extra mile. As a member of the largest worldwide network of commercial real estate brokerage firms, NAI Columbia has the resources + support to manage just about any project, boasting 200+ years of combined local experience among its principals.

NAI Columbia is invested in the community and on a mission to improve the local commercial real estate landscape. Learn more about the firm and its services + view available properties here. 🏙️ Ⓟ
