It’s officially busy season for real estate. It’s getting warmer (well, sort of) and people are starting to look for new homes and neighborhoods to move into over the summer (before school starts). That means a lot of new listings on the market. Here are some of our favorites.

237 S. Waccamaw Ave.

Hollywood-Rose Hill | 4BR/3BA | 2,631 sqft. | $519,000

The outdoor spaces at this bohemian bungalow are to die for. Don’t get us wrong, the inside is gorgeous – but we’re living for the screened-in back porch, manicured outdoor living space, 2-car garage with finished workroom + side porch that reminds us of the homes at Folly Beach.

2404 Monroe St.

Shandon | 4BR/3.5BA | 3,510 sqft. | $520,000

Check. Out. This. Kitchen. The rest of the updated home follows suit, with an insane walk-in closet (a shoe-lover’s dream), screened-in porch, detached/gated garage + more. Watch a video walkthrough.

1408 Sunbury Ln.

Heathwood | 3BR/2.5BA | 2,750 sqft. | $525,000

This house makes us wish it was Christmas every day (and that Santa was bringing us the keys). The updated kitchen, beautiful built-ins and indoor/outdoor back porch are some of our favorite features. Watch a video walkthrough.

1147 Eastminster Dr.

Heathwood | 3BR/2BA | 1,567 sqft. | $269,900

This updated home is adorable – from the front door flanked by blue benches to the elevated back patio. We love the marble shower in the master bath. Watch a video walkthrough.

4713 Norwood Rd.

Forest Acres | 3BR/2BA | 2,103 sqft. | $249,900

Please, no one buy this house because we love it. It’s a modern, updated ranch home in Forest Acres with a big raised back deck + an outdoor fireplace. I can picture myself making s’mores now.

1012 Laurens St.

Five Points | 5BR/3.5BA | 3,100 sqft. | $409,000

We love how spacious this home is for the price. It has insanely cool three-story views overlooking the backyard – and check out the cute, asymmetrical front. Watch a video walkthrough.
