Is your lease up this Spring? We’ve got your back. While there are plenty of new apartments popping up across Cola, we’ve only found a few with a giant, resort-style saltwater pool (hey, Summer lasts a long time here in The New Southern Hot Spot).

If you’re looking for an affordable new apartment this May, check out these 5 cool features of The Atlantic at Parkridge in Irmo, a new luxury apartment community with one-, two- + three-bedroom apartment homes – only a 20-min. drive from downtown Cola.

🛋 Mod decor | These apartments have all the new bells + whistles. Each unit offers stainless steel appliances, subway-tile backsplashes + granite countertops – not to mention the soaking tubs (in select floor plans) + expansive views from the windows and balconies.

🏊 Outdoor living | Yes, we said “resort-style saltwater pool.” Someone blend us a pina colada, please. Having a pool to cool down in is essential for Cola summers. And when it gets cooler out, residents can still enjoy time outside with a firepit + a grilling pavilion.

🎟 Resident perks | Perks for residents include free food like Chick-fil-A (uh, yes), a popcorn bar, holiday parties (like this cute Easter egg hunt with prizes) + constant giveaways.

🍷 Community activities | It’s not just about the amenities, but the community, too. Neighbors get to actually meet each at resident events like wine tastings, bingo + margarita nights, pizza nights + more.

🐾 Pet-friendly | Have a pup? Dogs + cats are welcome here. You can bring up to three fur children. The community even hosts a pet costume contest for Halloween.
