🤖 Who:

CEO, Dr. Jack Neil, MD + COO, Sam Hartzog, both attended the University of South Carolina and combined their collective medicine + engineering backgrounds to build a cognitive automation creation for healthcare — Hank AI.

🤖 What:

Simply put by the Executive Director of SCRA Bob Quinn, “Hank AI is applying technological solutions to create efficiencies.”

Hank AI automates repetitive decision-making tasks by performing quick keyphrase searches and coding. Healthcare providers can spend more face-to-face time with patients, rather than entering data into a database, doing administrative tasks, or medical billing.

🤖 How:

Coders can submit entire records, which Hank will then download the information and return keyword phrases, highlighted words, or probable codes associated with your record.

He learns as he goes, and will even pay you for your time and expertise if he needs correcting. If Hank returns a code that is incorrect or unhelpful, simply return the correct code — or provide feedback — so he can learn which phrase, code, or action to perform next time to be the most efficient + helpful.

🤖 DYK:

Hank AI’s interface has reduced costs by 50% of the traditional document management process.
Hank is 100% HIPAA compliant.
Hank AI has 52 years of machine learning experience and 41 years of medical billing experience.
