Get matched up for Valentine’s Day by CHStoday

Being single in Charleston can be hard… our team knows first-hand. Remember when we asked y’all what dating in CHS is like?

“I think dating in Charleston is pretty decent because of the massive amount of young professionals moving here.” –Lauren B.
“Charleston dating = Peter Pan syndrome.” –@fraserspeaks

Others tended to agree that it’s difficult finding that special someone to settle down with...

“YUP!!” –Abby D.
“@fraserspeaks it seems like that’s more and more prevalent. 😕” –@heathersuzannedesigns

With February approaching (a.k.a. the month of love), we’re going to play #CHScupid for a blind date matchup in celebration of Valentine’s Day. Love is in the air.

Send us the most eligible bachelor/bachelorette you know (by next Thursday, Jan. 24) with: ✔ name, ✔ age, ✔ sexual orientation, ✔ job, ✔ photo, + ✔ why they should be picked for our blind date matchup. You know you have a single friend that is 👏 such 👏 a 👏 catch and needs to get out there… or maybe you’re the most eligible single you know. Go for it.

Please email submissions to hello@thechstoday.com.

In the end, y’all will vote for up to six of the Holy City's finest– as paired up by the CHStoday team– to venture out on a romantic one-on-one date just in time for Valentine's Day (on-the-house, of course).
