Inspired by its Bellary sheep namesake, Bellary Flats is designed for those looking for a brand new apartment community centered around comfort, connectivity, and a fanatical sense of attention to detail.

From the local cold brew on tap and hot coffee bar, to the coworking space, to the sprawling great lawn for food trucks and oyster roasts, Bellary Flats is nestled in the heart of Carnes Crossroads (minutes to Nexton and Downtown Summerville, with easy access to I-26), taking on a luxe community vibe that you *wool* definitely want to call home (sorry, we had to). 🐑
