The Charleston Place is teaming up with Daniel Humm Hospitality, led by Chef Daniel Humm of the three-Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park, to launch a year-long pop-up restaurant. "Chef Daniel Humm x The Charleston Place, Presented by Resy,” will debut on Thursday, Oct. 2 in the hotel’s former Charleston Grill space. Reservations are available now.

The menu will be plant-forward, centered on the sense of connection, and will focus on sustainability. You can expect the Lowcountry’s seasonal produce and ingredients to be prevalent.

The project partners with local farmers, fisheries, and sustainability-focused organizations to support a more resilient regional food system. "This project represents more than a collaboration; it's a shared commitment to bringing people together through the language of food," said Chef Humm in a press release.

Fun fact: The pop-up will also host guest chef residencies throughout the year.

Did you know? Part of the collaboration includes an apprenticeship program, allowing Charleston culinary talent to train at Eleven Madison Park, while Eleven Madison Park team members will spend time in Charleston.
